These General Conditions of Sales and Services govern the execution of the sale and services of the company Lansa Design for the Customer. Article 1 – Scope

In the event of cancellation of the order, the Customer will receive the total amount of their initial order within a maximum of 7 working days.

The company Lansa Design reserves the right to modify at any time the prices of its products sold on its site santasvalley.com.

Article 3 – Characteristics of the purchase service on the santasvalley.com site with remote payment

Any order placed and confirmed by the Customer entails the conclusion of a distance sales contract between him and the company Lansa Design.

Lansa Design reserves the right to accept or refuse any order placed by the customer.

In the event of refusal of the order by the company Lansa Design, it will not be required to pay any compensation to the customer.

If the order is accepted by the company Lansa Design, a confirmation of the order will be sent to the customer, within a maximum of 48 hours to the email address provided and verified at the time of said order.

In the absence of confirmation of the order by the company Lansa Design within a maximum of 48 hours, the sale will be deemed void.

The total amount paid by the customer will then be refunded in full as soon as possible.

If a confirmation of their order is sent by the company Lansa Design, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the day after delivery, to withdraw.

An email will then be sent to the customer confirming their withdrawal request. In the absence of any receipt of this confirmation letter, no returned product will be subject to a refund from the company Lansa Design.

The return of the product must be made under the same conditions as those of the initial shipment. This means that the customer will have to opt for the same carrier, the same transport tracking, the same packaging.

The returned product must conform to that which was delivered and show no trace of use.

Return costs will be borne by the customer.

If a product is returned that does not meet the same conditions as those of the initial shipment, the order will not be refunded.

Likewise, in the event of return of a product showing traces of use, the order will not be refunded.

Article 4 – Pre-order

The Lansa Design company can offer products for pre-order.

The Lansa Design company will inform the customer of the terms and conditions for pre-ordering, following the information communicated by its suppliers.

If the pre-ordered product is unavailable and the order has been placed, the company Lansa Design will inform the customer electronically at the address provided.

The customer will have the possibility of requesting the cancellation of his order, resulting in a full refund of the sums paid, or an exchange with one or more similar product(s).

When the order contains at least one or more pre-order items, the order will be put on hold then prepared and shipped when all the products are available.

The order will be shipped within a maximum of 30 working days following receipt of full payment, except in the event of a supplier delay or additional delay that may be mentioned.

Article 5 – Terms of payment

When choosing their payment method, the Customer must provide their banking information as well as their billing address before paying. The Client guarantees to the company Lansa Design that it holds all the authorizations required to use the chosen payment method. By indicating his credit card number, the Customer authorizes the site's bank to debit the total amount of the order.

All payment information is transmitted to the site's bank. No banking data is collected, stored or processed by the company Lansa Design. The Customer's bank account, corresponding to the bank card used for payment, will be debited immediately upon placing the order by the Customer.

If it is impossible to transmit the flow due by the Customer (opposition, bank refusal, etc.), the order and the contract will be automatically canceled. The company will not be required to carry out any service subsequent to the customer's order if the customer does not pay the price under the conditions and according to the terms indicated in these general conditions of sale and services. services.

Article 6 – Shipping of orders

Shipping time varies depending on payment method.

With the exception of orders that contain one or more pre-order items, Lansa Design will ship the order within a maximum of 3 working days following confirmation of the order with full payment.

The order can only be shipped to mainland France and neighboring countries.

The modes of transport offered are as follows:
– Colissimo or Carrier;
– Relay Points.

As soon as the order is shipped, the company Lansa Design provides the customer with a link allowing them to follow the journey of their package, using the tracking number sent to them during shipping.

Article 7 – Legal right of withdrawal

The Customer has a right of withdrawal that he can exercise without having to justify his decision, within fourteen days from the day after the agreement. This period is extended until the first following working day if it expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday or non-working day.

Article 8 – Delivery

After shipment, the risks rest with the customer. It is strongly recommended that the customer make reservations or check the contents of the package upon receipt in the event of damage to the ordered item(s) or contents that do not conform to those expected.

In the absence of a reservation expressed upon receipt, the Lansa Design company will not be able to process the customer's subsequent complaint, despite the presence of a damaged or destroyed package upon delivery.

The customer must provide all the information allowing the compliant delivery of the product.

In the event of an error in the delivery address by the customer and return of the package by the transport provider with the mention NPAI or incomplete address, the company Lansa Design may reimburse the customer for the amount of the order, excluding shipping costs. delivery.

Upon receipt of the package, Lansa Design may, upon request, refund the entire order, excluding shipping costs.

In the event of non-delivery of the package sent beyond 7 working days from the day the order is picked up by the carrier, the customer must contact the carrier.

In the event of a loss confirmed by the carrier or lack of information, the customer must report the loss to the company Lansa Design within a maximum period of 10 calendar days from the day the package is picked up by the carrier. After this period, no complaints can be processed.

Upon receipt of the customer's complaint, Lansa Design will carry out all the necessary checks.

If the package has not been delivered, Lansa Design will request the carrier's tracing service.

In the event of definitive confirmation of the loss of the said package by the delivery services, the company Lansa Design will reimburse the order, subject to the communication by the customer of a sworn statement stating that he has not received the parcel.

The delivery times indicated apply from the day the package is picked up by the carrier. Delivery times are communicated in good faith and for information purposes only.

Failure to observe delivery times cannot result in cancellation of the order or any compensation.

Article 9 – Legal guarantees

Under the terms of articles L.211-4 of the Consumer Code and 1641 of the Civil Code, the customer benefits from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects for orders placed on the e-commerce site of the company Lansa Design.

The customer has a period of two years to act from delivery of the product.

Lansa Design cannot be held liable under any circumstances for:

Article 12 – Personal data

Article 13 – Intellectual property
